Creation of a new visual identity and promotion for a residential complex
Flaws of the old logo:
  1. Sloppy logomark graphics.
  2. Lots of unnecessary items. The image is unclear.
  3. Unsuccessful descriptor font. Weird color palette.
The main font has been retained in the new logo, and a harmonious descriptor font has been selected for it.

The graphic sign was rethought in accordance with the peculiarity of the residential complex - proximity to a forest park, a lake and a unique local attraction "Stone tents"

The colors have become richer. They correspond with the color of the forest and the facades of the building.
